What visitors write about here is almost entirely birthday parties, and that is a fair reflection of what the place is built to do. Parents describe handing the whole event over — decorations put up, cake passed round, drinks filled, and in one case a written list of which friend brought which gift — and being moved between the bounce rooms and the party room on a schedule they never had to watch themselves. Walk-in play does exist and it is genuinely aimed at small children: there is an all-ages open bounce session with toddler areas on the floor, and toddler-only sessions run on the same calendar. It is not a daily fixture, though. Weekday times are published session by session, and weekend availability gives way to whatever private parties are booked, so a Saturday drive-out on spec can find the doors shut to the public.
Check the calendar rather than the opening hours before you set off. The centre of gravity is small — toddler areas, toddler-only sessions, and parties mostly thrown for two- to five-year-olds — but it stretches further than it looks. One family held an eleven-year-old's birthday here, and the monthly parents' night out has a twelve-year-old asking about it every week.

Know what the from-price buys: the semi-private party shares the bounce floor with the public session and has the decorated party room to itself, while the fully private format is the dearer evening and weekend booking. Main dishes cannot come from home, except for ethnic or kosher needs, which carry a fee; the venue sells pizza delivered to the party room instead.
