What visitors write about here is almost entirely birthday parties, and that is a fair reflection of what the place is built to do. Parents describe handing the whole event over — decorations put up, cake passed round, drinks filled, and in one case a written list of which friend brought which gift — and being moved between the bounce rooms and the party room on a schedule they never had to watch themselves. A striking number are on their second or third party here.

Walk-in play does exist and it is genuinely aimed at small children: there is an all-ages open bounce session with toddler areas on the floor, and toddler-only sessions run on the same calendar. It is not a daily fixture, though. Weekday times are published session by session, and weekend availability gives way to whatever private parties are booked, so a Saturday drive-out on spec can find the doors shut to the public.

Check the calendar rather than the opening hours before you set off. The centre of gravity is small — toddler areas, toddler-only sessions, and parties mostly thrown for two- to five-year-olds — but it stretches further than it looks. One family held an eleven-year-old's birthday here, and the monthly parents' night out has a twelve-year-old asking about it every week.
