Two reviewers describe the jumping area as much smaller than it was, with an obstacle course and big slide, climbing walls and an arcade taking the space, and one reads the result as a place now tilted toward younger children. The range is wide instead: a toddler town for six and under, a junior ropes course and zip line for kids 48 inches and under, and laser tag and flip-and-spin bumper cars for those over that line.
The shoe and timing rules catch families out. Laser tag and the bumper cars need closed-toe shoes rather than the grip socks the rest of the floor requires; the desk lends Crocs, but sneakers are easier. And the elevated ropes course stops admitting anyone with less than twenty minutes left on their pass, so head there early rather than saving it for last.
Parties are the other variable. Several visitors describe sections being held for a booked party mid-session, or a floor that turns hectic for small children when too many kids are in at once, so a weekday is the calmer bet.
