That is not a bad morning. It is the most consistent single thing this venue's review record says about it.
Which is a pity, because when the doors do open people like it. It sits inside the Brandon mall, so a session folds into an errand and the food court is on the other side of the wall. Admission is one all-day pass with same-day re-entry and there is no shorter option, which a reviewer objects to fairly enough if all you wanted was an hour. What it buys is three bounce houses and a two-story jungle gym built at a scale that suits smaller children rather than a warehouse aimed at nine-year-olds.
Two things to expect at the desk. Grip socks are compulsory, and the venue has changed the color of its own branded pair, so socks bought there on an earlier visit are no longer accepted — several reviewers found that out inside a single week, and it is the current rule rather than anybody's misunderstanding. And cleanliness is the steady criticism: separate visitors report a smell on the upper level of the climbing structure, areas that looked visibly dirty, and a standard below what they had expected. It is a minority verdict, but it is a persistent one.
