About

Everything that goes wrong here goes wrong in the building rather than on the play floor. The gym sits inside a high-rise, and a host who booked a weekend party found that the building's air conditioning is not part of the base service and had not been paid for — the guests spent the party sweating behind fans. A second visitor called ahead to ask whether anything was booked, was told no, and arrived alongside a group of more than twenty. Confirm on the day, in writing, whatever you were told on the phone. The happier building fact: they validate parking, which on this side of town is worth real money.

Inside, the thing children make straight for is a zip line, with a climbing structure, bikes, a dome and an art table around it, plus a small outdoor space and an area set aside for eating — so a visit can stretch across lunch rather than ending at it. One family comes weekly and has held two birthdays here, and the manager is named warmly in a third of the stored reviews, once for going through security footage to find a car key lost in the ball pit.

On age, trust the rate card over the reviews, which contradict each other: a child is twelve months to twelve years, with a cheaper band from six months, and the trampolines sized for one- to three-year-olds are what a parent of that age group picks out. Parties are a hire of the whole space, and nobody is dropped off — a parent stays.
