Ask parents who have held a birthday at Above All what made it work, and they talk about the host. One parent of a four-year-old listed the touches, from waters the host labeled to his name and theme on the TV screen and a group photo that was the favorite part. That parent also noticed party times were staggered against public jumping, so the place never felt swamped. Staff keep order too: another parent wrote that kids who stepped out of line were corrected "politely but firmly", and felt easy letting a younger daughter go play.

The park itself is a connected trampoline court with dodgeball courts, an air bag, a ninja course for kids 50 inches and taller, and a soft play area, and one grandparent calls the play maze and jungle gym incredible. One reviewer says it is not the biggest park they have been to but is one of the cleanest, and another found everything clean and well maintained. Party reviews run from a fourth birthday to a ninth, plus a sixth-grade field trip, and that span is about where it fits best. Under-7s get Toddler Time, and its first hour on Wednesdays and Fridays is theirs alone, with the ninja course shut. After that hour the floor opens to jumpers of all ages, and one parent found Fridays a little crowded with Toddler Time on.

Leave the snack bag in the car: no outside food or drink is allowed, and the one exception is a birthday treat with a booked party, which cannot be frozen. Nothing adhesive can go on the walls, which is why one parent brought a backdrop stand. Parents who come only to watch do not pay to get in.
